Church of Saint Pierre at Lavernière
The Church of Saint Pierre is the second-largest wooden church in North America. First built in 1876, lightening has threatened the church on several occasions, but it remains standing today. It is an island landmark and a personal favourite of locals.

Built in 1967, the Church of Notre-dame-du-Rosaire in Fatima was desgined by architect Jean-Claude Leclerc, with plenty of input from the reverend at the time, Maurice Roy.
